Career transition assistance for elite athletes
Skills audit and competency assessment in collaboration with the “Académie Basque du Sport”, and presentation of the various jobs which make up the boardsports industry to elite athletes of the French Surfing Federation so that they can prepare in the best conditions the transition between the sporting career and professional career.
International training network
Creation of an international network of R&D and training centres specialized in boardsports. The objective is to encourage international exchange in terms of research, training, distance learning, study abroad programs and internships.
