The efforts of EuroSIMA are guided by a five-member Board of Directors, an Advisory Board divided into 10 categories, and the Mountain Division Committee.

The Board of Directors meets six to eight times a year with the association executive staff and Advisory Board in order to control the good progress of the actions set about.

The Advisory Board works in teams according to each member skills, to carry on the actions and decisions voted during the association General Assembly.

The Mountain Division Committee meets several times a year in order to define and carry on the actions of the association in the mountain sector.

The former members of the Board of Directors become Honorary Chairmen , they will always be able to attend the association meetings, and could be invited by the EuroSIMA Board as guest speakers.

Finally, the EuroSIMA President gathers once to two times a year a Council Committee composed of the Group CEOs and European CEOs of the major boardsports companies in order to benefit from their vision and share their experience.
