Sous le haut patronage du Ministère chargé des Sports et du Ministère chargé de la Transition Écologique, l’UNION sport & cycle réunit tous les deux ans un jury composé de représentants d’institutions scientifiques, environnementales ainsi que de représentants d’ONG, d’experts et de personnalités reconnues pour décerner les trophées « ECOSPORT AWARDS ».
Ce trophée prestigieux récompense et promeut les entreprises et les organisations de la Filière sport et mobilité active qui innovent en intégrant l’environnement et le développement durable dans leurs activités, produits et services. Les ECOSPORT AWARDS sont ouverts à toutes les entreprises, associations ou collectivités exerçant une activité dans le secteur du sport et la mobilité active (fabrication, distribution ou services) et possédant au moins un établissement domicilié en France.
À travers les ECOSPORT AWARDS, les principaux représentants du secteur sport et mobilité active souhaitent encourager, valoriser, et récompenser les initiatives, réalisations et actions les plus méritantes en matière de protection de l’environnement.
5 PRIX ATTRIBUÉS, 4 THÉMATIQUES DIFFÉRENTES
- Le prix des structures et lieux de pratique : Innovation environnementale consacrée aux lieux et espaces accueillant du public (ex : magasins, entrepôts…) ou des pratiquants (ex : salles de sport, terrains et sols sportifs…). Promouvoir un environnement sain sans renoncer à la performance : ce prix s’adresse aux acteurs qui exploitent ou commercialisent des structures de pratique et/ou des équipements sportifs et/ou des bâtiments conçus pour avoir le plus faible impact environnemental possible.
- Le prix de l’éco-conception – Durabilité et emploi de matière décarbonée : Le prix de l’écoconception valorise un produit dont l’exigence en matière de performance ou en matière d’information y compris les processus mis en place tout au long de sa chaîne de valeur, vise à le rendre plus durable sur le plan environnemental.
- Le prix de l’économie circulaire – Mise en place durable de solution de collecte, de réemploi, de réparation, de recyclage… : Le prix de l’économie circulaire récompense une initiative favorable à une meilleure prise en charge des produits en fin de vie, que ce soit par la réparation ou la réutilisation, l’optimisation de la collecte, du réemploi ou par le recyclage.
- Le prix acteur responsable et engagement durable : Ce prix s’adresse aussi bien aux acteurs de la société civile qu’aux entreprises privées. Il récompense une action engageante et exemplaire de l’écosystème « sport, loisirs et mobilité active » ayant pour objectif de faire changer durablement les comportements individuels et/ou collectifs. (ex : fondation, reporting extrafinancier…)
- Le Prix Spécial du Jury ECOSPORT: Le prix spécial du Jury récompense l’entreprise qui par son audace, son ingéniosité et l’originalité de son initiative a apporté une réponse durable aux nouveaux défis environnementaux du secteur sport et mobilité active

COMMENT PARTICIPER ?
- Éligibilité : Les ECOSPORT AWARDS sont ouverts à toutes les entreprises et organismes exerçant une activité dans le secteur du sport (fabrication, distribution ou services). Les entreprises et organismes doivent posséder au moins une entreprise domiciliée en France. Pour être éligible, les réalisations doivent être disponibles (toujours commercialisés s’il s’agit d’un produit), opérationnelles (s’il s’agit d’un bâtiment, d’un événement ou autre) et vérifiables. Une même entreprise peut présenter la même année des dossiers dans une ou plusieurs catégories de prix.
- Dossier de candidature : Il suffit de présenter votre projet, initiative ou réalisation en remplissant le dossier de candidature disponible ci-contre. Les dossiers de candidature sont à renvoyer de préférence par e-mail : contact@ecosport-awards.com
- Date de clôture : La date de dépôt des candidatures est fixée au 16 mai 2025
- Annonce des gagnants : Lors du Congrès annuel de l’USC à Bordeaux, les 19 et 20 juin prochains.

Nous sommes ravis de vous convier à l’Assemblée Générale d’EuroSIMA qui se déroulera le vendredi 16 mai 2025, à partir de 13h30, au batiment ESTIA BERRI, Bidart. Cette année encore, Jean Louis Rodrigues, notre Président, accompagné des membres du Conseil d’Administration et de l’équipe exécutive, vous attendent pour partager un moment crucial de notre association.
Une Assemblée Exceptionnelle
Notre Assemblée Générale 2025 sera très particulière, pour deux raisons : tout d’abord car il s’agit d’une année élective, donc stratégique pour tout notre réseau. Mais cette année nous profiterons aussi de notre Assemblée Générale pour accueillir l’équipe de l’UNION Sport & Cycle afin de vous présenter officielle la création de la délégation régionale : l’USC Nouvelle-Aquitaine !
L’aprèm-midi commencera donc par un accueil café puis une présentation de la délégation. S’en suivra notre Assemblée Générale et nous finirons par notre habituel cocktail. Nous avons déjà de partager ce moment convivial avec vous tous.

Launched in 2006, the EuroSIMA Beach Party is a friendly surfing competition open to surf business players. In 2020, the EUROSIMA association decided to open the competition to all surfing enthusiasts working in the corporate world.
The EuroSIMA Beach Party has become the place to be for corpo surfing.
Its innovative format allows you to spend time on the water (2 rounds of 20 minutes per competitor), promote team spirit and share a convivial moment without forgetting the sporting challenge.

WORKSHOP: Aligning values and empowering people at work [HR & MANAGEMENT] [HR & MANAGEMENT] [FR
REDISCOVER MEANING AND AUTONOMY IN YOUR PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT

Conflicts of values and a lack of autonomy are among the major families of psychosocial risks. This workshop proposes ways of aligning personal convictions with corporate expectations and regaining room for manoeuvre in day-to-day professional life. It aims to help participants regain motivation and commitment in a more fulfilling professional environment.
The workshop will address the following topics:

- Identify value conflicts: Recognize misalignments between personal convictions and company practices. Consider ways of finding a balance or areas of compromise.
- Clarify expectations and define autonomy: Learn to regain control over your work using planning and negotiation methods.

HOW TO COPE BETTER WITH EMOTIONAL DEMANDS AT WORK AND PREVENT CHRONIC STRESS?

Emotional demands and chronic stress are major challenges for mental health in the workplace. This workshop offers solutions for understanding stress mechanisms, managing emotions in complex situations, and adopting behaviors that promote better emotional balance. Participants will discover practices to strengthen their resilience and preserve their well-being.
The workshop will address the following topics:

HOW TO CULTIVATE RECOGNITION AND OVERCOME PERCEIVED INSECURITY IN A PROFESSIONAL CONTEXT?

Lack of recognition and job insecurity can lead to deep-seated malaise among employees, affecting their commitment and motivation. This workshop proposes concrete approaches to enhance the value of one's work, strengthen one's network and deal calmly with job-related uncertainties.
