The Gorilla : An original electric bike !
Gorille Cycles was created by French engineers from the automotive industry who wanted an electric bike that was different from the current conventional design.
Urbanites, but also surfing enthusiasts, the idea was to be able to move as easily in the city as on the beach (in search of the perfect spot), all with an object as nice as practical.
The Californian influence for the beach cruiser design and the straight back position, big tires for the beach and the comfort in town, and a robust and quality electric part formed the main elements of this project!
In order to make this atypical electric bike accessible in terms of cost, we had to choose quality parts that were already developed and used on many bicycle models.
Then the choice was made to select suppliers with recognized quality and know-how, to carry out our own tests (hot, cold, altitude, humidity...), then finally to carry out the assembly in France.
After the test phases with our prototypes we launched the first series intended for the public: a bike with big wheels, strong, robust, black, stocky, but also gentle with its user... The Gorilla was born!
Straight out of the rainforest, our Gorilla is not afraid to face the urban jungle, which he has tamed with great ease. And it is with the same ease that you will take him in hand, to rediscover your movements with a different eye and with a pleasure unceasingly renewed!
