The Ecoshape company has developed its own machines to be able to offer surf cores made to measure by 3d printing, in a single piece with one-tenth precision. After years of R&D, we have succeeded in developing a solution for artisan shapers, so that they can gain in productivity while continuing to offer unique, high-performance, environmentally-friendly and locally-made parts.
Our aim is to support professionals by combining technology and innovation with respect for the environment.
To achieve this, we have also developed a new, biosourced, 100% recyclable material, capable of withstanding impact as well as high mechanical stress. Without compromising on the environmental aspect. Our products are guaranteed free from endocrine disruptors, to protect the health of our artisan shapers and our oceans.
Our surf cores reduce the carbon footprint by 97% compared to a traditional foam bar.
