EUROSIMA ORGANIZES THE 12TH EUROSIMA BEACH PARTY!

The Beach Party is an inter-company competition relaunched in 2018 by EuroSIMA in a new format. A format that allows you to spend more time on the water, enhance team spirit and have a convivial time without forgetting the sporting challenge.

ALL ABOUT THE BEACH PARTY :

COMPETITION FORMAT

Each team is made up of 4 male and/or female competitors, employed by the brand or by several small companies. Each company MUST include at least one female competitor in its team (-5 pts in the overall ranking). The competition takes the form of 20-minute rounds with 4 surfers in the water at the same time. Each team and each surfer will go through twice.

Surfers can ride on :

• SHORTBOARDS,
• LONGBOARDS
• and BODYBOARDS

Judges will be authorized and trained to judge and score according to the different disciplines. The order of passage through the heats will be announced at the start of the competition. This information cannot be changed after the start of the series.

Each surfer's best wave in each of his two heats will be counted. His two scores will be added to those of his teammates. In this way, each team accumulates its eight best waves.

The team with the most points will win the battle and receive the trophy!

 

PROGRAM

• 8am: Meet on the spot* - Confirmation of teams and posting of heats - Breakfast offered on site to all competitors *The exact spot and location will be confirmed a few days before the competition.
• 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Inter-company surf challenge - 2 rounds of 20 min for each competitor - Lunch provided on site for competitors
• 7:00 pm: Trophy ceremony - EuroSIMA party at JO&JOE, exclusive access for competitors

 

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Each team MUST include at least one woman in its team, otherwise penalty points will be deducted.
• 14 teams of 4 competitors, the first teams to register will be the first validated.
• Maximum 2 teams per brand.
