HOW USED REP ASL ITEMS WORK AND WHERE THEY GO

Used sports and leisure goods, once deposited at ECOLOGIC collection points, go through several stages. First, they are sorted to identify those that can be repaired, reused, donated or resold second-hand by associations. Non-reusable items are sent to specialized processing centers where they are dismantled to recover reusable raw materials such as metal and plastic. The non-reusable parts are processed to minimize their environmental impact. This Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) process ensures sustainable management of end-of-life items, contributing to a circular economy and protecting the planet.
