Mission Régénération: a festival to reinvent our territory together

On Saturday June 14, 2025, the Coalition Régénération Biodiversité Pays Basque is organizing the very first Mission Régénération festival in Olatu: a day open to everyone to take concrete action in favor of a more resilient and vibrant territory.

A program to inspire, act and build together:

  • 6 inspiring conferences: How can we regenerate our gardens? our ocean? our local economy? our local democracy? our education?
  • A village of initiatives with 25 local structures committed to ecological, social and solidarity-based transition
  • 10 practical workshops to learn how to take action: creating a Biodiversity Oasis, combating invasive species, understanding shared governance, involving children in biodiversity...
  • The festive inauguration of our demonstrative and educational "Biodiversity Oasis" at Olatu
  • A closing lecture-ceremony at 6:30 pm, inspired by the First Peoples, hosted by Maurice Rebeix, writer, photographer and renowned lecturer.

An initiative led by some twenty local structures, Mission Régénération is a collective project supported by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region and the D'IciTokiko foundation, to bring about concrete solutions in favor of biodiversity and local resilience.
