#EUROSIMAFAMILY: SUPPORT THE TRAINING OF TOMORROW'S TALENT IN THE ACTION SPORTS SECTOR

OFFER PASSIONATE YOUNG PEOPLE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD THEIR PROFESSIONAL FUTURE IN OUR REGIONS

The boardsports and Action Sports sector relies on a new generation of qualified, motivated professionals trained in the concrete challenges of their disciplines. In this context, the apprenticeship tax represents a strategic lever to support the training players who keep this dynamic alive.

Through our #EuroSIMAFamily campaign, we're highlighting three committed organizations that are helping young people, the industry and our ecosystem to grow: the Fédération Française de Surf,ESTIA, a leading engineering school with an international outlook, the CCI des Landes, and the Grande École éklore-ed, which trains talent close to companies. These players work daily to support the integration, specialization and professionalization of young people in our region.

ESTIA: INNOVATION SERVING INDUSTRIAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS

ESTIA is a not-for-profit, consular institution of higher education. Every year, it trains over 1100 students - engineers, bachelors, masters and doctoral students - in close liaison with business needs. Over 30% of its students are apprentices.

Supporting ESTIA via the apprenticeship tax means :

  • Supporting the factory of the future
  • Investing in a green campus
  • Developing an inclusive policy
  • Opening up new post-bac cycles
