REDISCOVER MEANING AND AUTONOMY IN YOUR PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT
[ATTENTION, THE DATE HAS CHANGED].
Conflicts of values and a lack of autonomy are among the major families of psychosocial risks. This workshop proposes ways of aligning personal convictions with corporate expectations and regaining room for manoeuvre in day-to-day professional life. It aims to help participants regain motivation and commitment in a more fulfilling professional environment.
The workshop will address the following topics:
-
- Identify value conflicts: Recognize misalignments between personal convictions and company practices. Consider ways of finding a balance or areas of compromise.
- Clarify expectations and define autonomy: Learn to regain control over your work using planning and negotiation methods.
Participants will work on practical exercises to explore their own values, identify areas for improvement and define strategies applicable to their professional context.
