[HR & Management Workshop] #2 Salary policy & employee experience

The employee experience and compensation as drivers of team attractiveness, retention, and performance. 

 

The employee experience and compensation are two key pillars of team engagement, and therefore of their performance. In this second workshop, we will revisit what constitutes the employee experience, the potential biases that HR teams have on this subject, and how to get your teams involved in this issue. We will also discuss compensation strategy in the context of the new law on salary transparency.
