HOW TO CULTIVATE RECOGNITION AND OVERCOME PERCEIVED INSECURITY IN A PROFESSIONAL CONTEXT?

Lack of recognition and job insecurity can lead to deep-seated malaise among employees, affecting their commitment and motivation. This workshop proposes concrete approaches to enhance the value of one's work, strengthen one's network and deal calmly with job-related uncertainties. It aims to foster a climate of trust and stability within organizations.
The workshop will address the following topics:

- Understand the impact of lack of recognition and perceived insecurity: Identify the signs and understand their effects on motivation and performance.
- Develop strategies for self-esteem: Learn to better communicate successes and cultivate a supportive environment.
- Enhance perceived safety at work: Discover practices to keep skills up to date, expand opportunities and strengthen resilience in the face of professional uncertainties.
Through case studies and interactive exercises, participants will work on concrete solutions to overcome these challenges and improve their job satisfaction.

Jeanne Habashi Consultant, trainer and work and organizational psychologist with the Swiss Federation of Psychologists.
Jeanne is a specialist in management and the prevention of psychosocial risks. Director of CORHUS, she has been helping companies promote mental health in the workplace for nearly 15 years. Co-author of "Les risques psychosociaux : le kit de secours" (Psychosocial risks: the first aid kit), she shares pragmatic tools adapted to professional reality, and this is what she proposes to tackle in her workshops.
