JOIN THE SPORTS AND WATERSPORTS CAREERS FORUM IN HOSSEGOR

 

France Travail de Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse and EuroSIMA, in collaboration with the MACS community of municipalities and the town of Hossegor, are organizing the^7th edition of the Sports and Board Sports Careers Forum on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in Hossegor.

Previous editions attracted more than 300 people to Hossegor, demonstrating the potential appeal of the board sports industry. This is a flagship sector in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, employing more than 4,000 people and generating revenue of €1.9 billion.

For this^7th Sports and Board Sports Careers Forum, a round table discussion will bring together industry experts at the opening of the Forum. The aim of these testimonials is to raise awareness of the board sports industry, its various professions, and its needs in terms of skills and experience, in order to inspire vocations and attract new talent.

It will feature various testimonials and experiences from managers in marketing, sourcing, production, retail, and work-study programs in the industry. 

Throughout the afternoon, students and job seekers will be able to find out more about training courses and careers, submit their applications, or attend short interviews at the stands of training centers and companies that are recruiting. The major players in the snow sports industry will be there, so get your resumes ready!

• 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.: Round table presentation of various career profiles in the snow sports industry
• 3 :00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.: Information and job dating

 

 

Individual information and recruitment interviews at the stands of companies (Rip Curl, Volcom, Oxbow, UCPA, etc.) and training organizations (Éklore-ed, University of Bordeaux, Campus Landes, École Supérieure de Design et Management, UNION Sport & Cycle, temporary employment agencies, sports recruitment firms, etc.).
