Your company is registered at the EuroSIMA Surf Summit to participate in the Surfing Lounge.
You are a winner (or top 3) of the Call For Innovation Projects 2024 call for projects.
Your company presents innovative and/or creative products and/or services: Innovative equipment or accessories / Technical textiles / Original communication campaign or video / Innovative service or application

You don't have to have a staff member manning your stand over the 2 days. It is strongly recommended that you provide clear explanatory material for the public.

Exhibition conditions

Your company must appoint a Surfing Lounge contact person.
Exhibition materials must be supplied (mannequins, point-of-sale displays, board supports, decorations, etc.), and you must plan the entire layout of your space (tables, desks, exhibition supports, etc.).
During the day, the public is free to move around the exhibition. The organization does not provide specialized supervision, although our teams are on hand to supervise the exhibition. You are responsible for your own stand and equipment.
The exhibition area is closed at night and guarded, so your stand can remain securely in place.
