The Human resources Director (HRD) ensures the application of legal obligations by guaranteeing application of rules and regulations relative to labour law and works towards improving working conditions and organisation. He/she develops and organises internal communication, supervises payroll and maintains relations with labour representatives (unions, personnel representatives).
