The IT manager ensures that company IT systems, tools or equipment all run smoothly and are regularly and appropriately updated. Reporting directly to management, he/she is also a technical advisor. He/she coordinates and supervises activities for the IT department.
Mission
- Establishing company IT policy and strategy - Installation, maintenance and consolidation of IT and operating systems - Follow up and evaluation of IT tools and projects - Managing a team of technicians - Monitoring and keeping up to date with technological trends and news through suppliers, trade shows and specialized journals - Providing assistance to users as necessary
