This workshop will focus on understanding the requirements, the impact on your organization, and the first steps you can take right now.

The employee experience and compensation are two key pillars of team engagement, and therefore of their performance. In this second workshop, we will revisit what constitutes the employee experience, the potential biases that HR teams have on this subject, and how to get your teams involved in this issue. We will also discuss compensation strategy in the context of the new law on salary transparency.

The Union Sport & Cycle annual congress returns to Bordeaux for two days of conferences, round tables, Eco Sport Awards and networking events.
