Émilie LE GALL

Émilie Le Gall has been Head of CSR and Sustainable Development at ARPP (Autorité de Régulation Professionnelle de la Publicité) since 2021.

ARPP is an independent body that draws up, applies and monitors ethical rules in advertising. Its main mission is to guarantee fair, truthful, healthy and responsible advertising, in the interests of industry professionals, consumers and the general public. ARPP plays a key role between consumer protection and creative advertising freedom. It is involved in three key bodies: the Conseil de l'éthique publicitaire (reflection), the Conseil paritaire de la publicité (consultation) and the Jury de déontologie publicitaire (complaints control).

After 12 years as a lawyer specializing in responsible communications at ARPP, Emilie trained in CSR and sustainable development management at the École des Mines Paris to support her organization's ecological and societal transition.

She steers ARPP's CSR approach, coordinates carbon audits, drives employee awareness and handles extra-financial reporting, in line with internal strategies and regulations. She is also a member of the Collège des Directeurs Développement Durable (C3D), and is involved in sustainable development actions at events such as the 1st Sport and Biodiversity Meeting at the CNSOF in 2025.
