Julie SONIER

Julie Sonier is Director of Human Resources at Volcom Europe – Liberated Brands, an iconic surf, skate, and snowboard brand founded in 1991. She joined the company in 2006 and has since supported its international growth, overseeing recruitment, training, and talent development.

A lawyer by training, specializing in labor law and HR management, Julie places people at the heart of her responsibilities. She ensures the health, well-being, and inclusion of teams, while aligning HR practices with Volcom's unique culture: a creative, free, and performance-oriented mindset.
