Olivier DESBIEY

Olivier Desbiey has been Head of Foresight at AXA since 2020, where he guides the identification of emerging trends and weak signals in order to anticipate and innovate for the Group. He also participates in the World Economic Forum's Global Foresight Network and is involved with the France 2030 Digital College. "As a professional futurist, I approach uncertainty with optimism, "surfing" on a liquid and constantly evolving life. With over 20 years' experience in data- and technology-intensive roles, I remain passionate about the unpredictability of exploring the future. My career path has enabled me to conduct studies and contribute to the definition of digital transformation strategies in public, private and even administrative contexts."

The AXA Group's Foresight team is responsible for proactively identifying emerging trends and signals likely to shape the company's future. It conducts forward-looking analyses on a variety of themes, such as social and economic transformation, climate change, technological advances and the future of healthcare, always with an eye to sustainability. By collaborating with internal and external experts, the department enriches its analyses and helps prepare AXA for the challenges of the future.
