As part of the Marketing Department, reporting to the Major Donors Program Manager, your role will be to support her in the following tasks:

Context and tasks :

• Support the development and implementation of the relationship-building and prospecting plan aimed at developing fundraising for the NGO's middle and large donors and potential donors.

Relationship marketing :

• Carry out targeted relational actions to build loyalty and develop the contribution of major donors;
• Marketing campaigns aimed at middle and large donors: calls for donations, relationship letters and emails, events, etc.

Events :

• Help organize loyalty, fundraising and field events

Tools :

• Participate in defining the action plan, as well as carrying out assessments and reporting.
• Contribute to the monitoring of economic and financial trends, etc., in order to identify growth drivers.

Profile required

• At least 3 years' higher education (Bac+3) in a university or business/marketing school
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, autonomy, thoroughness and organization
• Knowledge of associations, sensitivity to environmental issues
• Good command of office software (Microsoft Office 365) 
• A culture of efficiency and results
• Fluent in French. Good command of English
