Job description

Surf Avenue Rennes and Surf Avenue Dinard join the Hotmer network.
We are looking for several sales staff and a store manager to strengthen our existing teams.

If you're passionate about board sports, Hotmer is looking for a Surfshop Manager and several sales staff to join our dynamic, growing team!

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

• Sales Management : Analyze sales performance and adapt strategies to meet sales targets.
• Customer service: Guarantee an exceptional customer experience, by training the team to provide personalized, professional advice.
• Inventory: Ensure optimal management of stock levels.
• Administration: Oversee the store's administrative tasks, including cash register management.

MARKETING AND PROMOTION

• Promotions : Plan and execute promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.
• Local visibility: Increase local awareness by collaborating with partners and organizing events.

RANGE DEFINITION AND MANAGEMENT

• Objective: Collaborate with the web department to define the store's product range for each season, supporting the central purchasing unit in its procurement.

STORE PRESENTATION

• Objective: Maintain a well-groomed, innovative store layout to support the company's growth.

TEAM MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

• Objective: Ensure rigorous management and respect interview timetables to develop tomorrow's talent.
