LOGISTICS SITE MANAGER (M/F)

Job description

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your main tasks are :

• Manage and support the site's operational teams (a team of around ten people)
• Organize and coordinate the work of the logistics team in liaison with the sales department: receiving, storage and order preparation.
• Implement and enforce the Safety, Quality and Hygiene policy
• Ensure that the service is carried out in accordance with the contract and customer specifications
• Plan and carry out inventories (annual and rotating)
• Managing KPIs and dashboards
• Check compliance with operating rules (schedules, tidiness, cleanliness and safety) and good logistics practices
• Manage employee and temporary worker schedules during peak season (sick leave, training, etc.).
• Carry out EAEs and shift rotations
• Ensure a good social climate
• Active participation in continuous improvement
• Measure the function's performance and activity and report to management
• Management of consumables related to logistics activities

• The position is available on a permanent basis for 35h00 Monday to Friday.
• Status : Executive
• Remuneration: €50 K per annum + bonus

Profile required

• With a minimum of 3 years' higher education and 5+ years' experience in logistics management on a fashion site, you have significant experience in managing logistics activities.
• Mastery of logistics flows and LEAN tools, skills in deploying continuous improvement projects.
• Mastery of Pack Office, WMS mandatory.
• With excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of customer satisfaction, you are a proactive, rigorous, autonomous and proactive field manager.
