An event event

MODELS & BRAND IDENTITY: CREATING MEANING TO EXIST

In an uncertain environment, brands need to reinvent their business model while asserting a strong identity. Creating value is no longer enough: they must also create meaning. This is where creativity, storytelling and differentiation become strategic.

How can we create singular brands, capable of adapting without becoming diluted, and telling stories that engage as much as they inspire?

COMMUNITIES & CULTURE: BUILDING LINKS IN A FRAGMENTED WORLD

The link with customers, talents and partners is now based on trust, authenticity and shared values. In a volatile world, corporate culture and the ability to unite people are becoming as strategic as product quality.

How can we build a brand that inspires and an organization that attracts?

ECO-THINKING: MAKING COMMITMENT A PERFORMANCE DRIVER

Far from being a hindrance, ecological and social requirements are becoming an opportunity to innovate and stand out from the crowd. Between regulations, transparency, responsible design, the circular economy and market behavior, impact is becoming an essential strategic vector for our brands.

How can we transform these challenges into credible and stimulating opportunities for growth and performance?

INNOVATION, TECH & EXPERIENCE: STAYING ONE STEP AHEAD

AI, immersive technologies and data are redefining customer relations, value creation and internal processes. Innovate, yes, but with relevance.

How can we harness these tools to enhance the experience, stimulate creativity, strengthen decision-making and nurture the bond with our community without becoming disconnected from reality?

Jeremy FLORES
Coach of the French surfing team, former WSL World Tour surfer & Olympic athlete

Jérémy Florès, the most successful French surfer of his generation and two-time winner of the Pipeline Masters, is now head coach of the French national surfing team. An Olympian at Tokyo 2021, he guided Kauli Vaast to the gold medal at the Paris 2024 Games.

Jeremy FLORES
Coach of the French surfing team, former WSL World Tour surfer & Olympic athlete

Born in Réunion on April 27, 1988, Jérémy Florès discovered surfing at an early age on his island and then through his travels. At 18, he joined the Championship Tour (CT) and became the most successful French surfer of his generation, with two victories at the Pipeline Masters (2010, 2017), Billabong Pro Tahiti (2015), and Quiksilver Pro France (2019). He was also ISA World Champion in 2009 and won team gold in 2017 and 2021.

At the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, he finished ninth in the first Olympic surfing competition, before announcing his retirement from the sport that same year.

In 2023, he publicly committed to raising awareness about athletes' mental health by appearing in the documentary Strong, aussi forts que fragiles (Prime Video). Having undergone surgery for a brain tumor in 2022, he shared his struggle and the subsequent recovery process.

Jérémy then made a successful transition to coaching. At Paris 2024 (Teahupo’o), as head coach of the French team, he guided Kauli Vaast to Olympic gold and Johanne Defay to bronze. In 2025, he once again led Les Bleus at the World Surfing Games (El Salvador), where France secured new podium finishes in both individual and team events, confirming his technical and human leadership.

His story takes on a personal dimension in Dos au Mur (Canal+ Docs, 2025), a documentary that traces his childhood, career, illness, and transition to a new career. A model of resilience and mentorship, Jérémy Florès embodies the transition from exceptional champion to leading coach for the next generation.
