Behind EuroSIMA, there's a passionate and dedicated team working day in, day out to drive our industry forward. We're not a big administrative machine, but a small, agile team that puts all its energy into identifying your needs, offering you quality services and linking up the players in our industry.

• Jean Louis Rodrigues, our volunteer Chairman, who provides leadership and expertise in managing the association's strategic orientations.
• Christophe Seiller, Executive Director, oversees the entire strategy and drives the cluster forward.
• Zoë Zadouroff, Marketing Manager, gives the association visibility and boosts our network.
• Romain Ferrand, Press Relations & Partnerships, promotes EuroSIMA to the media and the general public.
• Juline Baboulène, Communications Coordinator, animates our media and adds depth to our storytelling.
• Aude Penouty, CSR & ESG Manager, supports you in the ecological and social transition of your companies.
