« Customers call it greenwashing, even though it’s something quite impactful. I’ve been afraid, to be honest, to range something about sustainability because you never know how the customers will react to it, so I really wanted to have the most neutral and objective approach. We sat down, and we asked ourselves, « ok, we want to be a more sustainable company, so how to achieve that? Where should we invest? » And the truth is that we have an idea, but we didn’t know for sure. That’s where we have the idea to audit the company. Obviously, when you do an audit, it’s more impactful and interesting to do it with an outside partner specializing in environmental audits.
