Surf Hardware International Successfully Takes Legal Action Against Patent Breach

Gowings Surf Hardware International has been successful in legal proceedings against Spanish fin manufacturer Feather Fins.

The case, filed in the Commercial Court of Barcelona, found Feather Fins had marketed, offered and manufactured products that had breached the multiple patents held by Gowings Surf Hardware International specifically in relation to the FCS II fin & fin system.
