ASSEMBLÉE GÉNÉRALE EUROSIMA 2024

Nous sommes ravis de vous convier à l’Assemblée Générale d’EuroSIMA qui se déroulera le vendredi 17 mai 2024, à partir de 16h. Cette année encore, Jean-Louis Rodrigues, notre Président, accompagné des membres du Conseil d’Administration et de l’équipe exécutive, vous attendent pour partager un moment crucial de notre association.

Le lieu : Olatu, Anglet

Olatu, pépinière Action Sports stratégique au Pays Basque co-animée par ESTIA Entreprendre et EuroSIMA, est un véritable carrefour dynamique pour les passionnés de la glisse. Un lieu idéal et évident pour organiser notre Assemblée Générale.

Pourquoi y assister ?

Votre présence est cruciale : elle contribue à solidifier le tissu de notre association et à influencer les décisions qui soutiennent nos missions de promotion de la force de notre industrie Action Sports. Ce sera également un moment privilégié pour échanger avec les autres membres et discuter des enjeux futurs de l’industrie.

16h15 / Présentations et Ordre du Jour :
- Rapport moral du Président et rapport d’activités 2023
- Rapport financier 2023 par le Commissaire aux comptes
- Présentation du programme pour l’année 2024
- Présentation du budget prévisionnel 2024
- Vote des résolutions
- Approbation du conseil d’administration
- Session de questions diverses
18h00 : Apéro & music

Apéritif et Musique :

La journée se clôturera par un moment convivial en musique, un bon moment de réseau et d’EuroSIMA Family jusqu’à 20h00.

We are delighted to invite you to EuroSIMA’s Annual General Meeting on Friday 17 May 2024, from 4pm. Once again this year, Jean-Louis Rodrigues, our President, together with the members of the Board of Directors and the executive team, are looking forward to seeing you there to share a crucial moment in the life of our association.

The place: Olatu, Anglet

Olatu, the strategic Action Sports incubator in the Basque Country, run jointly by ESTIA Entreprendre and EuroSIMA, is a dynamic hub for board sports enthusiasts. An ideal and obvious place to organise our Annual General Assembly.

Why should you attend?

Your presence is crucial: it will help solidify the foundations of our association and influence the decisions that support our mission to promote the strength of our Action Sports industry. It will also be a great opportunity to network with other members and discuss future industry issues.

4.00pm: Welcome of participants
4.15pm/ Introductions and Agenda :
- President’s moral report and 2023 activity report
- Financial report 2023 by the Statutory Auditor
- Presentation of the 2024 programme
- Presentation of the provisional budget for 2024
- Vote on resolutions
- Approval of the Board of Directors
- Any other business
6.00 pm: Aperitif & music

Aperitif and music:
The day will close with a convivial moment of music, a good time of networking and EuroSIMA Family until 8.00 pm.
