Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing the brand in your geographical area. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Prospecting and developing the portfolio: Identifying and securing new strategic points of sale (specialized sports stores, resort shops, mountain concept stores, high-end hotels).
  • Distribution network management: Regularly follow up with existing customers, present new collections (new piste maps, new products) and optimize restocking.
  • Concept promotion: Advise retailers on product placement in stores (merchandising) to maximize the brand’s visual impact.
  • Strategic monitoring: Report the specific needs of resorts in your sector (customization requests, customer feedback) to inform product development.
  • Event representation: Represent the brand at trade shows and major winter season events.
  • Analysis of figures and CRM: Set up sales and customer relationship monitoring dashboards.

Profil requis

We are looking for an independent partner who is a true ambassador of the “Outdoor” spirit:

  • Commercial expertise: You have proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the textile, sports accessories, or souvenir products sector.
  • Established network: You have excellent knowledge of the ski resort ecosystem and already have a portfolio of clients (sports retailers, mountain buyers, souvenir shops).
  • Product affinity: Passionate about the world of mountains and snow sports, you understand the technical challenges and emotional attachment of customers to ski areas.
  • Autonomy and organization: As a freelancer, you manage your schedule rigorously and demonstrate great mobility in the targeted mountain ranges.
  • Commitment: Sensitive to environmental values, you know how to promote our ethical approach as a differentiating selling point.
