CUSTOMER SERVICE B2B – B2C / UK & BENELUX (W/M)

Globe International Limited is a global producer and distributor specializing in purpose-built clothing, footwear, skateboards and accessories for the boardsports, street fashion, outdoor and workwear markets. Globe Europe is looking for a Customer Service person for our UK, Benelux markets (B2B and B2C).

Job description :

• Assisting UK, Benelux sales agents
• Sales administration: managing orders and shipment process Credit control
• After-sales service
• Maintain good relationship with customers
• B2C customer service

• UK mother tongue or fluent English mandatory
• You speak fluent French
• Other languages are welcome
• Ideally similar experience in Boardsports industry
• You have good knowledge on Microsoft Office and ERP Skate/surf knowledge a plus
