To execute projects and targets for the UK, we are looking for a Field Sales Representative for our brand!

Title : Field Sales Representative  

Reports to : European Sales Manager.


Main Purpose and Major Challenges of the Role:

  • Work with the local Country Manager on all related sales initiatives and execute projects and targets
  • Ensure to the brand the right representation through the local retailer network
  • Have a fanatical dedication to the pre & re-orders business. Ensure to the brand a 100% field presence, create a strong brand connection with the local strategic accounts. Monitor sell through, inventory levels and stock reports to process fill in purchases
  • Ensure a great brand presentation in the showrooms and a full understanding of the product ranges & the brand marketing message
  • Ensure a monthly business report to the European Sales Manager with a particular focus on the strategic accounts.Clinics, visit the key clients to transfer and ensure the brand identification and product knowledge
  • Work with Key Strategic accounts on merchandising and window plans
  • Work with RCE marketing team on local grass roots events and take responsibility on the coordination (organization and execution),
  • Work closely with the Customer service & the Credit control teams to ensure a fluent day to day business within the local accounts
  • Provide products & marketing feedbacks

Profil requis

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sports market in UK and deep knowledge of the local market
  • Business, results & target achievement driven
  • Strong experience in the online market (web shop, multichannel… )
  • Brand & Product sensibility
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intense knowledge of MS Office esp. MS Excel & MS Outlook, CRM&ERP
  • Ability to identify business opportunities
  • Participant within the surf culture



  • Permanent contract, Full time, available as soon as possible
  • Position located in NEWQUAY, regular trips to be planned.
