Take the lead on our composite production line, drive process improvements, manage a small team, and stay hands-on with R&D and innovation, shaping the next generation of high-performance boards made for demanding riders.
We’re looking for a Head of Manufacturing & Composite Processes who:
- Has strong technical expertise in composites
- Can execute and lead hands-on R&D efforts
- Brings fresh ideas to improve and innovate our production methods
- Has a real interest or background in board sports
- Enjoys managing a team and organizing a workshop
Your responsibilities :
Manufacturing & Quality
- Supervise and execute lamination, finishing, adjustment, and assembly processes
Work precisely with complex shapes and technical processes
Ensure quality, consistency, and production timelines are met
Process Development & R&D
- Improve manufacturing methods and test new materials and techniques
- Propose and implement optimizations (cycle time, ergonomics, quality)
- Contribute technical ideas to keep pushing our production forward
Workshop Organization & Team Leadership
- Structure the workshop: manage materials, tools, and production planning
- Lead and train a small team (3 to 6 people)
- Uphold rigor, safety, and high standards in the day-to-day operations

Profil requis
Must-have
- Proven experience in composite manufacturing (marine, sports, aerospace, etc.)
- Strong manual skills: lamination, cutting, sanding, gluing
- Well-organized, able to structure a workshop and develop a small-scale production line
- Eager to get involved in a growing and ambitious project
Nice to have
- You surf or practice a board sport / outdoor activity
- You’ve worked in an R&D or prototyping environment
- You’re sensitive to eco-design and/or innovative materials
- You enjoy training and leading small teams
