RIP CURL was created in AUSTRALIA by two surfers eager for waves and eager to design the best products for board sports enthusiasts. Our philosophy pushes us to be innovative, in order to allow practitioners to live the Search with technical and adequate products.

We are looking for a Retail Allocator Wetsuits – Reports to : RCE Heads of Products

Main Purpose and Major Challenges of the Role:

  • Allocate all products for the wetsuits division in accordance with the budget approved,
  • Plan the assortment and depth for each product category,
  • Maximize and maintain sales by monitoring sell throughs, inventory levels and bulk,
  • Monitor fill orders at appropriate intervals to ensure store have good SKU integrity at all time,
  • Consolidate stock in styles where inventory is running low to the most appropriate stores,
  • Supply the business with best seller and retail metric reports weekly, monthly and seasonally.

 

Permanent contract (CDI), Full time (35 hours per week), as soon as possible
Based in Hossegor office : 407 avenue de la Tuilerie, 40 150 SOORTS HOSSEGOR

Profil requis

  • Master degree (French equivalence : Bac+5) from a Business school
  • Previous successful experience working in a similar position
  • Excellent buying skills & experience
  • Ability to identify retail trends and local market preferences
  • Excellent communication skills and product knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Great analytical skills and good time management skills
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft excel
  • Surf practice would be a plus Fluent in English (mandatory)
