The human resources assistant assists the human resources manager/director in his/her daily workload. Tasks are usually of a more practical nature rather than strategically and can be more or less varied depending on company size.

Mission

Implementing internal communication tools
Creating job description cards
Establishing HR development data bases and reports (personnel figures reporting, tax and payroll data…)
Assisting in recruiting

Excellent communication and people skills

Interest in human resources (recruiting, career management…)

A taste for small team work, which encourages multi tasking and a laid back atmosphere

Accès

Business schools or university programs (GRH, AES…), levels 2 to 5 years of higher education.
