Interior architect / Decorator
Nature
Interior architects imagine and structure store space and corners by using volumes, light and materials. They are also called upon to imagine and design brand stands for trade fairs, exhibits, show rooms…etc. The position alternatively works in three specific fields: – space (shops, offices…) – design (furniture for example…) – communication (exhibiting, decoration, company image…)
Mission
Drawing/sketching and designing furniture, shop lighting, corners, stands
Integration of colours, shapes, lines and volumes
Project development on blue prints/sketches, based on budgetary, technical and regulations limitations
Management of teams responsible for material creation (Designer/ 3D/industrial designer)
Planning and organising workload and tasks
Compétences
Talent for drawing/sketching, knowledge of decoration techniques
Strong analysis and synthesis skills
