Rattaché(e) à la Responsable ADV Europe, vous serez l’interlocuteur(rice) privilégié(e) des clients Européens pour la marque SPYDER (clients directs et grands comptes). Vous aurez pour mission de contribuer au développement du service client de notre réseau de distribution wholesale.

Your missions and responsibilities will be, in a non exhaustive way:

• Management of a customer portfolio on the entire European market, both direct and key accounts
• Be the administrative interface with key accounts
• To be the guarantor of the follow-up of the order cycle (delivery-litigation-return)
• Manage shipping, delivery and return documents in conjunction with the logistics department
• Respond to any request, quickly, efficiently and professionally
• Assist in the organization and follow-up of the shipment of collections
• Work in collaboration with internal and external teams (sales force, logistics, accounting)
• Respect and apply internal procedures relating to order management (rates, discounts, commercial conditions, returns, etc.)

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Management of wholesale accounts over several markets in Europe
• Be the administrative interface with key accounts
• Monitor the order book right through to the delivery (order cycle)
• Manage shipping and return documents in conjunction with logistic department
• Respond to customer service issues in a timely & efficient manner and provide excellent service.
• Participate in the organization and the follow-up of samples products
• Work in collaboration with internal and external teams (sales force - logistic - accounting)
• Follow all internal procedures pertaining to the orders management (prices, discounts, sales terms & conditions, returns, warranties...)

Profile required

• De formation minimum Bac+2 gestion commerciale et administrative, vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée de 3 an à 5 minimum sur une fonction similaire idéalement acquise dans le milieu du textile.
• Organisé(e), rigoureux(se), adaptable et flexible vous possédez d’excellentes qualités relationnelles ainsi qu’une aisance téléphonique et commerciale.
• Your availability, team spirit and professionalism will be essential assets to succeed in this position.
• You have a very good practice of Excel and Pack Office.
• La maîtrise de l’anglais et l’allemand est essentielle.

The applicant would require:

• Studied administrative and commercial management with 3-5 years' experience in customer service ideally in textile industry/ski industry.
• Organised, rigorous and sharp, you have excellent customer service skills, team spirit, professionalism, adaptability, and availability will represent essential assets to succeed in this job.
• You must have a good understanding of Office pack, mainly Excel.
• A fluent level of English is essential. German would be a plus.
