Export Sales Assistant (M/F)
Job description
Sportcarriere supports F-ONE in the recruitment of an Export Sales Assistant on a permanent contract.
At the head office of F-ONE, a company specializing in Kitesurf, Surf foil, Wing foil and Stand Up Paddle, you will join the sales department as an export sales assistant. Reporting to the Export Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Missions
Manage a portfolio of export customers
Process orders by phone, mail and courier;
Inform customers about prices, lead times, new products... ;
Record their orders and lead times;
Collect full payment for each order before the goods leave, after sending the proforma;
Release orders on the required delivery dates after receipt of payment, and ensure on-time delivery;
Take care of export procedures if necessary, collecting all documents required for shipment and customs clearance from customers;
Enter and edit data required for delivery and invoicing.
Participation in promotional operations
Write commercial correspondence;
Provide information at trade fairs;
Follow-up prospects and customers.
Customer follow-up
Resolve problems or minor disputes relating to orders or deliveries;
Manage sales files;
Update schedules and dashboards: product, customer, salesperson status, grouping evolution;
Keep sales representatives and sales management informed.
Updating databases and disseminating sales information
Enter new products and their characteristics into the central database;
Eliminate discontinued products;
Distribute price changes, advertisements and sales forecasts with dates and deadlines.
Profile required
You have a minimum of 3 years' higher education and at least one year's experience in sales, ideally in an SME environment;
You are comfortable using IT tools such as Excel and have a good command of SAGE 100;
You have commercial management skills;
You have excellent communication skills, responsiveness, autonomy, a sense of initiative, team spirit and the ability to manage several tasks at the same time;
You are fluent in written and spoken English.
