Because qualified/skilled workers ensure that the image of freedom in board sports is conveyed at the heart of the sales environment. The objective of the merchandiser is to make a shop better, more attractive and in line with brand values. From a traditional product presentation, he/she will reorient product organisation towards a shop concept, always more and more innovative. Creativity and the ability to be crafty are therefore qualities, which a merchandiser must possess.
