A webmaster defines the pages of a website, participates in the establishment of the graphic chart and produces the web pages. Becoming a webmaster is the position, which requires the most skills in the multimedia industry. He/she may participate as early as the conception of page definition as well as in the articulation of various media channels to the development and definition of the graphic chart. During the creation phase, he/she produces web pages by adding form to content. As a website administrator, the webmaster is in charge of the domain, the server, referencing, traffic analysis and updates for the website. A new profile, editorial webmaster is becoming a more and more frequently sought out position. In addition to other tasks, he/she is required to create forums, mailing lists, games, and provide responses to users. Basically, he/she must optimise the website as much as possible and even advertise and promote it.
