Description du poste


  • Propose Marketing initiatives to create brand awareness and consumer demand;
  • Coordinate Marketing projects and guarantee the deadline for each project is met;
  • Guarantee the right allocation of the Marketing budget per month and per project/campaign;


  • Have a clear vision of the Marketing plan (forest view) as well as the role of each project (the role of each tree in the forest); 
  • Coordinate all areas involved in a specific task in order to accomplish the finish of the project on time; 
  • Flexibility to draw a plan B or C in case it’s not possible to follow plan A (capacity to draw alternative plans);
  • Create weekly reports about Deeply annual Marketing Plan;
  • Follow up Marketing annual budget (monthly basis);
  • Work closely, on a daily basis, with E-commerce, Supply chain, Project Management, Product and Design teams;
  • Work with the Surf pivot, Snow pivot, and Surf Schools pivot on the Marketing Team in order to guarantee their deliveries;
  • Work with Agencies and PR;
  • Report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Profil requis

  • Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in the area;
  • Degree in a relevant area: Economy, Engineering or Marketing;
  • Fluency in English is a must have;
  • Fluency in Spanish is a nice to have;
  • Knowledge of Surf, Skate, and Snowboard will be valued.
