Commercial assistant

Nature

A commercial assistant assists executives in commercial tasks relative to clients and is the link between commercial departments and clients. He/she reports to the Head of the Commercial department. He/she is responsible for all administrative tasks relating to the commercial department and client accounts, but also to the organisation of sales teams. He/she must have extensive knowledge of board sports and the various partners his/her company works with.

Mission

Management of client litigation, sponsoring and supervision of account creations
Management of sales tools and orders
Participation in commercial event organisation
Production of periodical follow up reports
Reporting: key accounts sales supervision and analysis

Excellent organisational skills

Accès

Commercial background and training is most appropriate, however, commercial “sensitivity” is very specific and is a prerequisite. Candidates with strong personalities will be favoured for such positions.
