The Commercial Director plays a central and strategic role in all aspects of a company. He/she works both with the CEO as well as his/her commercial assistants, which constitutes a delicate role, acting as a link and therefore having to deal with the demands of both parties. He is under constant pressure from Management and must constantly act as a manager to the sales teams. The Commercial Director is therefore someone who has extensive experience, and extensive knowledge of board sports and who lives under a lot of pressure.
