The customer service department manager is the interface between the production department and brand sales teams. His/her role is to deal with technical issues and to find solutions to problems relative to quality. He/she collects and analyses information to offer a diagnosis and possible solutions. From a practical perspective, the position is characterized by the production of detailed report sheets, which will then be used by the R&D department.

Assuming responsibility for management of any anomalies
