The key/pier manager ensures the reception, unloading and distribution of entering merchandise, based on final destinations.
Mission
Responsibility for merchandise arrivals, conforming to team manager directives
Inspection of merchandise destinations (key clients or accounts)
Unloading of containers and merchandise sorting in reception area
Inspection of merchandise transfer quality, especially for fragile products
Inspection of delivery deadlines based on entry schedule
Inspection of destination chart, in order to set up distribution
Compétences
Ability to estimate volumes and strategically distribute or relocate deliveries in reception area
Adaptability
A Logical mind
Accès
A background or training in logistics (minimum 2 years higher education) is most appropriate.
