Nature

As a field worker, the sector manager is the link between sales teams in shops and the commercial team. Assigned to a defined area (regional, national, European…), he/she ensures the achievement of objectives established by the commercial director and motivates the sales teams to reach these objectives. The activity therefore requires working under the supervision and responsibility of the commercial or marketing director, in close cooperation with the technical, accounting, administrative and personnel departments. This implies attending many meetings and constantly travelling in the field.

Establishing and implementing commercial policy established with or by the commercial director for his/her geographic sector.
Assuming responsibility for the implementation of qualitative and quantitative objectives for the various units (commercial networks, shops…)
Budget management
