Emmanuelle DUEZ

After extensive studies in various fields at top institutions (Law, Sciences Po Paris, ESSEC, Bocconi), in 2013, Emmanuelle founded the atypical and committed consulting firm and research center The Boson Project. Through each encounter and task, the team raises and answers the following key question: what if human capital were truly a treasure and the only effective way to sustainably transform businesses and institutions for the better?

Since founding the company, she has led various entrepreneurial adventures, all working towards reaching human excellence in Businesses and Urban environments: The Boson Space, Tchatche, Belleville by Boson...

Since 2014, she has also become an Ensign in the Citizens' Reserve of the French Navy, a position in which she helps build bridges between Civilian and Military worlds. To that effect, in 2017, she partnered with French Military School "Ecole de guerre" (Army War College) for Senior Officers to create "A la croisée des Mondes" (The Crossing of the Worlds) a conference that examines the art of leadership and relies on crossing lessons learned from both civilian and military worlds.

In 2019, Emmanuelle was listed in the "Thinkers 50 Radar Class" which identifies emerging thinkers the world needs to follow to implement improvement in the fields of leadership, business and management.

As a conference speaker and author of a number of professional reports and research articles, Emmanuelle focuses on her core themes: new work interactions, resilience through human excellence, corporate responsibility, transformations in management, the role of space in change, management, corporate alignment and the future of leadership.

In 2013, after studying law, Sciences Po Paris, ESSEC and Bocconi, Emmanuelle founded The Boson Project, an atypical and committed consulting firm and research center, which provides an answer to the following question: what if human capital were a real treasure and the only valid lever for transforming organizations in a sustainable and virtuous way?

Since then, she has initiated a number of entrepreneurial ventures, all in the service of human excellence in the workplace and the community: The Boson Space, Tchatche, Belleville by Boson...

Since 2014 she has also been involved with the French Navy. Now an Enseigne de Vaisseau, she works to build bridges between civil society and the military world. This is how, in 2017, she created the annual À la Croisée des Mondes event with the École de Guerre, to question the notion of leadership.

In 2019, Emmanuelle features in the "Thinkers 50 Radar Class", which lists the 30 personalities to watch for their revolutionary ideas in terms of leadership, business and management. As a speaker and author of numerous articles and surveys, she speaks on her core themes: new relationships at work, resilience through human excellence, organizational responsibility, managerial transformations, the role of space in transformations, management, organizational alignment, and the leadership of tomorrow.

About The Boson Project

January 2012 The Boson Project , a committed, humanist consulting firm, is born under the impetus of Emmanuelle Duez.

His mission? To help the company reinvent itself in the face of a generation that has come to question it, to turn it upside down, and to ask it to change by putting people back at the heart of its preoccupations... To make it realize that this imperative for reinvention was more linked to a change in the world than to the expectations of a particular generation.

In almost 10 years, The Boson Project has become a key player in the transformation of organizations, with a humanist vision of business and leadership.

We believe that human excellence is a sine qua non for sustainable, high-performance and responsible societies.

Our job is to create the cultural, organizational and managerial conditions that enable the full expression of individual and collective human potential.
