I accompany people in their quest for well-being and performance. Accompanying people, understanding how they function and what they value, helping them through the different stages of their lives. These are the motivational aspects that led me to join the Ecole des Psychologues Praticiens.
Clinical psychologist and mental coach for top athletes, four French national teams and corporate executives.
I accompany people in their quest for well-being and performance. Accompanying people, understanding how they function and what they value, helping them through the different stages of their lives. These are the motivational aspects that led me to join the Ecole des Psychologues Praticiens. For five years, I followed a sandwich course with solid field experience.
I then moved on to support teenagers and young adults facing personal, family, professional and relational difficulties. My career then led me to work in a management consulting firm, where I worked closely with employees and decision-makers, helping them with recruitment requests, outplacement, skills assessments, etc.
My areas of expertise include: coaching elite top-level athletes at INSEP in preparation for the Olympic Games and other major sporting events. I use the tools of mental preparation to enhance my interventions in areas such as emotional management, concentration difficulties, performance routines, relaxation, mental imagery, team cohesion, leadership and more.
I accompanied five athletes who made the Rio Olympic Games 2016. In 2018, I worked with Yannick Noah and the players at the Davis Cup. In 2021, at the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games, I accompanied 25 Olympic athletes, 19 of whom won medals. In 2022, I was one of two psychologists to go with the French Delegation to the Beijing Olympic Winter Games. Currently I'm following four French Teams in preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Support for managers and psycho-social risks: stress management, team cohesion, leadership, harassment, relational difficulties, burn out, etc.
The support process : I propose to accompany you in your process, as close as possible to your concerns, while respecting your rhythm. With this in mind, I suggest that you set the terms of our meetings together during our first consultation. This specialized support is designed to quickly calm your emotions and help you regain your self-confidence.
My practice is based on several therapeutic models such as solution-oriented therapy, mental preparation and person-centred humanistic therapies. As a sportswoman, I am a former judoka (black belt in judo-jujitsu), and I practice Thai boxing and rollerblading.

The subject remains taboo, and we fear being judged. Although companies want to take action to improve the mental health of their teams, they are not always legitimate or trained to do so. With the creation of moka.care, we aim to offer a human, tailor-made and confidential solution for taking care of your mental health. Pierre Etienne BIDON, Co-founder of MOKA.CARE
Created by two entrepreneurs, Pierre-Etienne Bidon and Guillaume d'Ayguesvives, moka.care is a collective adventure shared by people committed to supporting companies and their teams in all aspects of mental health. Father of 2 and passionate about extreme sports and endurance (paragliding, kitesurfing, cycling, running), Pierre-Etienne is driven by the conviction that the greatest successes are born in serene minds. And that's what gave rise to moka.care, the complete mental health prevention solution for businesses.

Alongside moka.care, Pierre-Etienne & Guillaume wanted to create a link between their two core areas of interest: sport and mental health, in order to change the way people looked at the latter.
To embody this, they launched a podcast: Les Secrets du Mental, which became an Apple Podcast favorite in just a few months. They've already had the good fortune and pride of having Justine Dupont, Blaise Matuidi, Antoine Dupont, Alizé Cornet, Camille Lacourt and other exceptional sportsmen and women on the mic.

Before becoming a top-level sportswoman with the French wingfoil team, Flora Artzner was an environmental and biodiversity engineer, specializing in the protection of marine environments. A keen outdoor sportswoman, she decided to throw herself fully into wingfoil competition a few years ago, and today holds 17 international medals, including the title of World Champion 2022 and European Champion 2023. Faced with the environmental impact of the world tour and the inequalities encountered at high level, she decided to get involved in these issues through sport. She created the Ecowave association, and in 2022 and 2023 organized a major eco-engaged sporting event in the Var, the Roca Cup. Today, she continues to build bridges between the worlds of sport, ecology and social inclusion through the implementation of innovative projects.

I've been in private practice for 10 years, helping executives and managers manage their emotions. Repeated burn outs, relationship problems, lack of self-confidence, difficulties in public speaking, stress... emotions are omnipresent in the working world. I've been helping professionals develop their emotional intelligence for many years.
Working with a psychologist is a difficult process, requiring courage and time. Added to this is the difficulty of finding a therapist who will make you feel comfortable enough to talk without taboos. Many studies show that the effectiveness of therapy lies mainly in the therapeutic relationship, so it seems obvious and important to me to be able to introduce you to who I am.
I'm in favor of an integrative approach, which means that I don't want to limit myself to a single tool that I can apply to each of my patients, but to have a toolbox that I can fill as I train, discover and read. All this is in perpetual motion and cannot be frozen.

We often leave our emotions at the door when we go to work, whereas if we learned to manage them better it would not only help the company, but also the employees to be happier and perform better at work.
