Vincent COLLIARD

Vincent Colliard is a French professional polar explorer and guide. Passionate and determined to explore, Vincent is a talented and versatile adventurer. He grew up in the South-West of France, enjoying both the roaring waves and the voices of the mountains. Adventure, it turns out is the constant in his life that drives him forward. It is a way of understanding how vulnerable we are and how we are all connected to nature. "I believe we all have a spirit of adventure" he says. Vincent, along with his expedition partner Børge Ousland, manage the Ice Legacy Project, a series of polar expeditions to cross the 20 biggest glaciers on the planet over the next 10 to 15 years. Their goals are to explore these melting giants and raise awareness to spur long term and lasting activism towards protecting these virgin areas.
