A sales person in a shop or store must reach commercial objectives, established by the sector manager. In order to do so, he/she must use instinctive or acquired sales techniques to seduce customers and encourage them to be faithful to the brand. Sales people must know their products perfectly as well as the target clientele. A sales person is also responsible for shop maintenance and cleaning as well as for reception of deliveries and presenting articles in an efficient and attractive manner.
