The shop manager is the interface between the local sector manager (regional, national, European) and the commercial team, for a specific sales point. He/she must possess obvious commercial skills, as he/she is also a sales person. He/she must also have management skills to motivate and supervise a team. He/she represents the brand for customers and must therefore be involved in the life of the sales point. He/she is responsible for the management of the sales point and is it up to him/her to ensure local shop strategy.
